The Gardens Nedlands
This five storey luxury apartment building, including two basement levels, was delivered as a complete formwork and steel fixing package.
The build features precast concrete columns, AFS permanent walling systems, a rooftop swimming pool and a number of striking curved in situ elements.
One of its premium apartments is the early bird prize in the 2026 MSWA Home Lottery.
Airport West Offices
This two storey office building for Perth Airport, complete with a secure undercover carpark, was delivered as a full formwork, concrete placement and steel fixing package.
With more than 4,200m² of suspended slabs, the project also included in situ concrete columns, cores and staircases.
Altum Living Scarborough
This prestigious project involved the construction of twin curved buildings, each rising six levels above two basement levels with secure undercroft parking.
Our package covered formwork, concrete placement and AFS permanent wall installation.
